We aim to provide 99.9% availability to the website, however
at certain times the website might not be available due to essential server
maintenance or website updates.
Data Feeds
Agent subscribers can choose to upload properties via a data feed. This can be set up by contacting mootz.uk. The price for uploading properties can change over time. We will contact you in advance if there is to be a change in price.
We try to include all the attributes of our advertisements for properties received by data feeds. However due to the various specifications, terminology and different structure of data feeds
it might not be possible, for example your feed might not contain the information. If your data feed does not supply latitude and longitude values for each property we will try to geocode
these values from the address. In such circumstances the map location may not be exact and depending on the volume of advertisements we process per day, there might be a delay in the
advertisement being published if latitude and longitude values are not supplied.
Copyright
All material submitted as content of an advertisement
including text, photographs, graphics, company logo, images, files for download
or any other media must be copyright owned by you or have permission to be used
from the copyright owner. You agree that
mootz.uk
is not responsible for any breaches of Copyright of material provided by you
and you will compensate any claims or expenses incurred by us for any Copyright
issues.
You also grant permission to allow the owners of this
website to reproduce and publish all submitted material on this website and to
any other partner or third party property website we use to increase the
potential audience for the advertisement.
You may download any advertisement content for your personal
